Step 1 โ Export the Member Sequence Excel
This exports a spreadsheet listing all slides with their Member Names (from Shape ID 5).
Reorder the rows in Excel to set the new slide sequence, then import it back.

Step 3 โ Import Your Reordered Excel
Upload the Excel file with Member Names in your desired order.
Slides will be rearranged to match the sequence in column B exactly.

Reading from Shape ID 5๐ Excel-Based Workflow

Export to Excel: Click "Export to Excel" in the left panel. This generates a spreadsheet with two sheets โ Slide Sequence and Slide Content.

Edit in Excel: In Slide Sequence sheet, fill the "Member Name" column as the key parameter to resequence slides. In Slide Content sheet, edit the "New Text" column to change text.

Import back: Click "Import from Excel" in the left panel. All changes โ new slide order + updated text โ will be applied automatically.

Download PPTX: Click "Download Updated PPTX" to save your final presentation.
